Lily Harfouche

With over 30 years of experience in education in Ontario, Lily has dedicated her career to teaching and school leadership. As a high school mathematics teacher and then principal for several schools in the Greater Toronto Area, she played a key role in teacher training and support. Her commitment continued as a Program Officer at the Ontario College of Teachers, where she was responsible for accrediting Additional Qualification courses offered by the province's faculties of education.
Co-founder of the Louis Legrand School, she now puts her expertise to work on an educational project that transcends borders. Convinced that education should not be limited by borders, she sees online learning as an exceptional opportunity to offer young people around the world access to quality French-language training that is recognized in Canada.
Lily actively contributes to the establishment of a solid administrative structure, essential for recruiting qualified teachers and supporting students in their journey. Through the Louis Legrand School, she wants to create an environment where resilience, autonomy and compassion are at the heart of learning, allowing students to develop their full potential while interacting with young people from diverse backgrounds.
“Together, parents, students and schools, we are shaping the future of global society.”
